Virtue Conquers Temptation

From the moment we are able to reason all humans are tempted to sin throughout our lives. In an effort to overcome this temptation a holy spiritual director will help is develop virtues which will detach us from our predominant fault.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church defines virtue as:

A virtue is an habitual and firm disposition to do the good. It allows the person not only to perform good acts, but to give the best of himself. The virtuous person tends toward the good with all his sensory and spiritual powers; he pursues the good and chooses it in concrete actions.

If we are to change the world for the better, becoming a virtuous people is essential. Below is a list of 64 human virtues which will help is conquer our temptation to sin.
